Twitter Tuesday: Oregon State Fans Anticipate Start To The Season

We are now just four short days away from the start of the 2014-15 Oregon State Beavers football season. This Saturday, the Beavers take the field at Reser against the Portland State Vikings.

We will have a full preview for both the season and the Vikings game coming over the next few days.

But in the meantime, I thought we’d take a look at some of the fan reaction to the start of the football season. Some of you have tweeted your anticipation, your excitement, your hopes for the season.

Tweet us a photo that shows your excitement of the upcoming season @BeaverByte with the #BeaverByteFan. Yours may be selected and featured in an upcoming Twitter Tuesday post.

We’re excited for you. Hopefully the team sends you off with a winning season!

Hope that turns out to be a good move for you. I know fans here are sure gonna miss him.

It really is. Corvallis is beautiful, especially in the Fall. And Oregon State is a top-notch University. Did you all see that Corvallis was recently ranked as one of the Top-10 College Towns in America?

That’s awesome. I’m glad it worked out for you. That is definitely a very special brand of procrastination.

Ummm, it’s the season opener. I’m sure you can find the time. You have a front row seat to what will hopefully be an opening day beat down. If you can’t use it, can we auction it off?

Another excited OSU fan? Check!

We are too. It’s almost like Christmas. A much….warmer….Christmas.

Well, don’t leave us hanging. Were you able to get them? Should be a great game this year.

We can’t either. The anticipation is getting to be too much to handle. Can it just be Sunday already?

Way to get in the spirit. Will you tweet us a pic with you wearing them once they arrive?

So there you have it. Beaver Nation is sounding off. They are ready for the season. Are you?

Like I mentioned, we are preparing for a season filled with analysis, game recaps, previews, player profiles and fan interaction. Won’t you join us and help build the dam?
